Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

It looks fantastic now! I like painting on a dark ground, but I have yet to try pastels with any success.

I have done pastels on black construction paper; it was fine for in-person viewing, no idea how it would translate to digital though. This is gorgeous, it looks like an old painting!

It looks amazing, Helle! I love the structure and textures which seems to be thick paint. I don't know, but did you made it with a computer program then, as you talk about a filter? I hope your had a lovely day, yesterday, my friend,

I agree with the above comments that this is well done! I'm also looking at this a bit later than everyone else so far. I have to say that I love the difference between this and the "raw" pastel original. That version had such a nice sense of moonlight and this one has just the opposite: a friendly glow of sunlight, like the kind you get on a relaxing and warm afternoon. It's amazing how post-work and just a little fiddle here and a little fiddle there will change so much, and I love the painted feeling that this has. The textures are marvelous and the sense of color is so lively, but it's not garish, just nice and bright and elegant. This is really super work, as always.
