Description
Captured 3/14/15, early in the am, not far from home.
Everyone loves a cardboard box, but isn't this pushing it a bit?
This is not a temporary situation. Nor is it the slums. These cardboard boxes stuffed on the front porch of an otherwise nice home in a very nice neighborhood has been this way since time immemorial, like for years and years. I suppose all that ever changes are the boxes themselves, and then it's deja vu all over again. Plus, that lawn could do with some renovating.
Ciao.

Some peeps are class-less.
Interesting. Can you imagine the inside? I imagine a hoarder, with piles and piles and only small pathways .....
There are also people here who are not able to separate from their garbage. It is called the "Messy-syndrome". Somebody like that seems to live there. Cool find and shot!
LOL... Just incredible... Very great shot also !
Wow Harry, I can't believe the city doesn't so something about this.
Heh. Our fascist neighborhood association would never stand for that, they came after us once just for having a small mound of uneven ground in yard after a tree was removed. Great shot!
Looks like a fire hazard to me; perhaps a letter or call to the fire department might get it sorted? Or send them this shot as evidence! Great work Harry!
do look bad . cool image
A piece of urban capture if ever there was one, love that you caught this. It's a royal mess, and the dilapidated railing (peeled/chipped paint) helps create the sense of decay, and also the sense that this is a mini-prison for all those boxes, just crammed in there bursting the seams. There are even boxes on the lawn, all stretched out of shape. I can't believe this is normal for houses and apartments---I mean, they just let them pile up? It looks like weeks of cartons. From the few I can read, it looks like these are food-related. And it's a shadowed shot, like this were a restful moment in the shade. It almost could be in the country, it's so quiet and shadowed. A real piece of 'garbage journalism'---not that the pic is garbage, but that it's about garbage. Love this shot.
They need to recycle these boxes....lol Interesting shot. Aloha
Do people have no pride? Awful.. Rob
