Description
"In the Spring a fuller crimson comes upon the robin's breast;
In the Spring the wanton lapwing gets himself another crest;
In the Spring a livelier iris changes on the burnish'd dove;
In the Spring a young man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love."
from Locksley Hall by Alfred Lord Tennyson

Brilliant, and I love the works of Tennyson.
Very appropriate
That's one big frog! It's a beautifully taken and composed shot too! The lightplay on the water makes the whole image buzz!
WOW... Fabulous capture !!!
This handsome frog looks like he has a smiling face and love in his eyes. Smiles ! What a perfect quote to compliment your awesome photo Andrea.
Great shot.
Froggy would a wooing go. Very nice shot.
What a stunner!
Oh yes! I hear that he's featured in the latest issue of Gentleman Frog magazine; apparently he's quite the lady's frog. I love this shot! It is so perfectly composed and is rather peaceful. I love the somewhat knowing grin on that little amphibious face! This is a marvel!
So that where it comes from! And a young Romeo awaits his Juliet. Just a super image.
Great pic but!!!!!!!!!! :o))))))

Great shot Andrea. Like he is thinking: Is it really Spring? :o)
A fantastic photo and I hope that he is there to protect and not for lunch!
