O.K., imagine this scene without the flying pigs and that would be the cover page for my 'Project Definition Report', which includes a Creative Brief, the X Statement, Executive Summary with Primary and Secondary goals, 'What my game is not', Stakeholders, Organisational Chart, Team Chart, Team Resource Plan, Team Values Statement and a Competitive Analysis...whew...another assignment finished for grading ...YAY...and if you think that doesn't sound confusing, you're wrong !
