Description
It was a beautiful gardening day today, 20C or more in the sunshine.
The insects are out and about again at the first opportunity.

Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Two excellent captures Andrea.
20C? Lucky you. Here we have 2C and it is cold. Very nice capture.
warm days cometh
yes .. some of them woke up !
Nice shot - it's been warm here in southern Oregon too - unusual for this time of year for us...
luscious in all aspects Andrea
Lovely pics, sunny here but not that warm.
I don't blame them for being out Wonderful capture it has actually gotten warm here just waiting for the other weather shoe to drop.....
Rich & beautiful, I found a bumble bee today .
I've learned quite a bit at Andrea's School of Flora and Fauna. Several weeks ago I was talking to someone when he began to describe an insect he had never seen before. I told him it was probably a hoverfly. And I think I know why they call them bum-blebees. That is just about all we ever see of them. Yours looks very stylish in its 60s retro coat. Two outstanding captures. You do such professional level close ups.
I envy your temperature of 20 degrees! We are stuck here at one of the utmost coldest... a whopping -39! Yikes! A warming and beautiful image, with crystal clear sharpness!
Gorgeous! It's like that here too, things are blooming and insects are waking up...too early, but it's happening nonetheless.
Great macro but are we living in the same country It was cold and foggy most of the day.
Great to see the bugs about again! Superb macro!
Amazing, nothing here in London yet, but as you know, nothing in the summer either, just foreigners and more building sites.
Wow what gorgeous action shots of this busy pair. Fantastic colors, lighting and weather !
Love these, awesome captures!
An excellent macro photo Andrea and a lovely zoom!
