The lighting and texturing on the skin and garments are really good here! One would have expected a horror survivor to have at least a few scars of injury on his face, clothes dirty and torn, and a facial expression showing he's not too far from going bonkers. So, judging from this dude's expression and from how intact his skin and clothes are, he must be a real tough guy who has not only survived whatever horrors he faced, but completely avoided being hurt by them while also maintaining his sanity very well! :)

Truth I agree with you. I tried and concerned only on human skin texture rendering. Scars and blood are needed for Ike's better result
