Description
The remains of a Parthenocissus vine on my blue painted gatepost to the back garden.
Commonly known as Virginia Creeper, the name comes from the Greek for virgin and ivy, as the plant can form seeds without pollination.

Great textures and an interesting image.
Looks like it should be in a horror film!!!
Brilliant, I have never seen these :)
Superb find! It really is quite a spooky little thing!
The plant remains on the blue background plus the shadows make a fine composition
Beautifully shot!
There is a lot to like about this especially the shadows, shading and textures. And all of it set against that blue background. It does look like an alien thing.
