Description
I looked at a few more photos, it is probably a heron. Though, the heron and egret are in the same family of birds. That's what I learned today :)

There ya go Melinda, the burning question is this, Are we looking at white herons or egrets, or are we looking at grey or blue egrets or herons. Confused? You will be in the next episode of "Bird" Excellent silhouette shot my friend.
Superb capture. This does look like a Heron. God bless.
Excellent photography.
Great Scott, a double shadow! What a sensational surreal capture you achieved here, Melinda, with outstanding reflectivity. Oddly, the heron seems to be playing a violin.
Beautiful capture.
Brilliant
What a breathtaking pose you captured here; the darkness makes it even more mystically lovely. Well done!!!
