I have never tried to grow Orchids, I must have a dabble!

Oh so beautiful always a favorite flower of mine. We can't grow orchids here, but can do roses, in the Summer months !
And now we are treated to another episode of Extreme Close Up Theatre. I love it. I see an upper lip and a tongue stuck out at us. Cheeky flower. Two very beautiful captures. The only way we see orchids around here is in a hothouse at an arboretum.

This is so beautiful. I had one that came again every year, but now I think it is gone for good. Still have the plant though.....or not.. I got three. Two old and a new, but I lost one a few weeks ago and I am not sure which one of them it was, as only the new is blooming and if I get no flowers on the olds this time, ill toss them.
