Description
This crow found a piece of ham sandwich on the street. It ate the ham, but not the bread. The bread was left lying. How choosy.
I took the picture with a (borrowed) 200mm lens at a distance of about 15-20 meters.
Thanks for viewing.

Excellent shot of this choosy crow Klaus. I have watched them burying food in grass to retrieve later.
Da hast du einen interessanten Moment erwischt! Die Krähe sieht aus, als ob sie sich ertappt fühlt 8=)
Perhaps the bread was not wholemeal! My pigeons won't touch white bread.
The crow has good taste! The ham had more protein to help keep him warm.
Excellent capture!
Nice picture of this crow eating ham!
His beak is not enough large for ham and bread LOL ! Excellent capture !
I heard that crows are very smart. It must know what is good to eat and what isn't.
HA! A bit fussy, but what, the ham was still good :-) Superb shot, Klaus :)

Nice capture!
Fabulous close-up and marvelous capture !!!
Excellent capture !
I have a whole flock of crows that eat most of my breakfast sandwich for me every day, including the ciabatta bread. Sometimes the seagulls even try and horn in, but there are enough crows (and jays) that nothing is left after they flurry through. Superb shot!
I I have done the same, I love ham !! Great capture, excellent light metering!
