Hahahaha...no, not *that* "Black Dog".
Otherwise known in his native tongue as Perro Negro, Hernando Joaquin Ramone is just plain deranged and evil. He is Red Dog's slightly older brother, but he thinks he's Red Dog's uncle. It's a long story. There's very little Black Dog loves, save fine booze, fine ladies, good heists and great fights. His hate list is long, and Red Dog is at the top of that one.
Yes this is the very same Hernando who appeared as Herne. It's amazing what you can do with expression dials and skins ;)

This guy would kick old ladies and steal ice cream from babies. Nasty piece of work and an excellent character. It is amazing how an expression, change of hair or just posing will affect the way a character comes across. Marvelous job on this dark sibling.
