Description
In the last post I was musing about the fighter pilot's overwhelming task of keeping his situational awareness wits about him. Someone pointed out that danger can appear at any instant in a 360 degree envelope. So I went here because the Dorand AR-1 is an observation aircraft. Makes total sense to me. Enjoy and happy holidays to everyone and an exciting, creative, and prosperous new year to all.
Dorand Ar-1: Beautiful model by Lucien-Lilippe, was free, but I think it's no longer available here, glad I picked it up when it was available. Thank you Lucien for sharing it.
Dragons: Swidhelm's excellent Skywyrm Bull here at Rendo
Creeped out Dorand observer: Daz's M3 with some Traveler and Poser World duds
Poser 7, Vue6Infinite (no postwork)

Ops.......
nice scene and a good POV
Great action scene
Clever scene and great posing on the two wyms.
Superb idea and realization !!!!
Oh, boy, do I like this! Who is in the wrong place? Is it fly-boy, or his two "pets" (pests?). Nice going with this concept. Gave me a good chuckle (which I badly need for my blood pressure). Keep up the good work! Love it! Have a safe Happy New Year and don't frighten any dragons with your fire works! :-)
Beautifully lit scene and great POV. Happy New Year.
Wyrms at 3 and 5 o'clock! Fine work, bubba; again, happy New Year!!
Cool. Love the genre mix! Wonderful idea, perfectly performed (as always).
There is a phrase that's is often said in moments like this, and it rhymes with clucking bell... lol Great fun! A series maybe? Like it Rob
Les dragons sont splendides ! Great pic
freakin' amazing art at it's best. looks like that pilot is screwed.
"I hope they're not bullet holes in the Wyrms wings......don't they know the old saying.." don't shoot them, you'll only piss 'em off ". Great concept, masterfully realized.
A beautiful plane and an exciting viewpoint! Great image.
