wow, I had to look up "Dutch Tilt"---lol, I never heard that term before. But it applies! I love the tilt because, with these swooping shadows, the tilt makes them reach out and scoop us up. I tried to view it "right side up" (by tilting my head---not easy for me anymore!), and it STILL swoops out at us. But: At your tilt, it becomes a big net. Love the choice for this shot. And the shadow-work itself is sharp, against that bleached-light sidewalk (the early a.m. LA light you do so well). And the perspective, with the fence and sidewalk sweeping back to the upper left corner, is dramatic. Wonderful capture of this sight, and sharp contrasts throughout.
