Description
Otidea onotica
This little cup fungus is quite tricky to spot, but there is often a group somewhere along the shrubbery in my road.

well spotted and captured !
Superb shot Andrea :)
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Not seen this one before Andrea, well spotted.
A very nice find, a tricky one to spot, there are mixed opinions regarding it's toxicity.. some say it can be edible and others say it has medicinal qualities, under such circumstances best to avoid on both levels.
Superb never seen these before
Well seen. I probably would have passed by without noticing it. From the picture it looks like it could be mistaken for a discarded tangerine peel.
Wonderful find Great capture
Very nice capture.
Have never seen before, cool work.
Funny name for a fungi!!!
It's lovely! I love the curls and curves, and the color is wonderful.
Beautiful shot Andrea :-)
Good eye! Easily overlooked but it has some wonderful shapes and textures to it. The outer texture looks a bit like beef tongue.
Well spotted; I can see how it would blend in. And what amazing shape and texture it has!
Fantastic detailed capture!
Looks a bit like orange peel and I could have shown you a picture a bit like yours but I got them well out of focus.
I see some smiling figures - great shot!! :o)
An excellent find and capture! The garden debris mix of pine needles and beechmast must give a huge range of species.
Very unique and a lovely capture/colour!
