Description
One out of 155 pics, captured 12/6/14, I took of heavy equipment tracks adjacent to the widening of the local section of the I-5 Freeway, an area of which several uploads have been already posted. Combined with previous jaunts into that territory, I have accumulated several hundred track shots by now.
In addition, the ground was mostly a little soft around the area after the recent rains. It had dried out enough so it wasn't too messy to negotiate, although I did have to watch my step. I did encounter some wet areas, which left my shoes muddy. But anything for a photograph, right?!
Ciao, baby.

Very cool capture of this wide variety of tracks, Harry.
happy you did not slip and fall down. I like these shots
Supern picture and POV !!
altruism of the photographer for a beautiful shot is forgotten wrong! Wonderful shot !!!
Nice structures and shot !!!
Great POV to get this very harmonious and pleasing shot of the crossing tracks, Harry; Well done!
opens up considerably in zoom, and we can see the high contrasts and textures there, too. This one has two big track lanes converging in the center, and then de-converging. Lotta motion there. The relatively flat sand in front (compared to the tracks) makes the necessary 'ground' and contrast to those busy tracks. We can see the remains of the water---it gives the front sands an almost white look. And the background is abyss...Another fine light/shadow study from you. These track shots are little symphonies, Harry.
