Description
This is a view of Taunton Somerset which is the Principal town of the County. It was taken yesterday from Blagdon Hill and the village of Blagdon Hill can be seen in the middle ground. I travel past this point several times a month and the view is always different. In the distance the Quantock hills can be seen.

the landscape is beautiful but the lean to are distracting to the beauty of UK countryside
Superb capture my friend. God bless.
Perhaps it is because England is drenched in history but when I read "This is a view of Taunton Somerset which is the Principal town of the County. It was taken yesterday from Blagdon Hill", my first thought was that there had been some sort of battle (smacks head). A spectacular view.
I do love these English scenes; what a lovely country you are fortunate enough to live in!
Super landscape shot Jeff :)
beautiful
A lovely view indeed.
Excellent depth in this photo but I have to ask why the small tin roofed shed is surrounded with rocks?
Great view we were in that area over the weekend,
Impressive view that looks great when you zoom in on the photo. You can see forever! Rob
