very lovely
Absolutely well taken and wonderful flower !!!
Beautiful rose! Another zoom worthy photo too. Beautiful detail.
a beautiful dark-mood rose, with deep yellows that glow, and wonderful contrasting darks. The background is a quiet 'tapestry' of leaves and maybe flowers, but it's like a wallpaper or tapestry-hanging in the background. The flower stands out against it quietly and with dignity; and because of the darker 'feel' of the tones, it feels introspective. A beautiful variation of your single flower series, with introspective tones and beautiful light. With all your other subjects, you never fail to return to flowers as if it were the place you began, as if all your art rose out of the single flower. I know that probably wasn't the case, but your mastery of the form is such that it feels to be at your core. A delicate and beautiful capture.
A ovely yellow glowing in the sunlight.. You've caught it very well.. Good shot Rob
