Another photo from that brief astonishing moment at sunrise on 19 Nov. I went out into the garden and got about half a dozen really weird images.

Weird and beautiful Andrea. God bless.
Pretty in pink.
What a delightful event to witness, with your camera too to capture it!
Strange light that is a delight to the eye.
Wow, that is a strange colour but looks good.
a fairytale !!
On those rare occasions when we have a vivid sunset in Washington, the trees opposite the sun become flaming red and orange, as if the woods were on fire. This is a marvelous shot of the phenomenon! Fantastic!
Strange and wonderful. It does look as though you had the red filter on.
Wow those colors !!!
Very nice capture Andrea.
Life through rose coloured glasses.
Wild and wonderful! You are so lucky to have captured it!
Beautiful capture!
You must have been pretty in the 'pink' and lovely share!
Yes it really makes your garden as a miracle, Andrea. We sometimes have this light too in our back garden, so special, huh?
Oh, beautiful, as is the flickr version. Amazing light, and I've not often seen that light so transform the trees, bushes, grasses, plants, etc. It's other worldly. I may have said this, but one of my teachers told us that most of the eye popping hues in nature are the most fleeting---sunrise and sunset hues, bold saturated flower hues, etc. The most short-lived of nature's hues. (She wasn't referring to animals, however.) Whereas the more 'tame' colors are the most plentiful. Greens, especially. Here, the fleeting hues dominate. So glad you caught this, it could be a while before it returns...
