Well, Mark, you mentioned hippies & being wigged out & this fits right into that era. Very intense day-glo colors that reminded me of something my roommate & I used to do in college back in 1967 when we first became acquainted with psychedelic substances. We had a day-glo poster with an Alice in Wonderland theme - a white rabbit painted against a mostly blue, red & purple background - & we positioned a lamp on each side of it. One lamp had a red bulb in it, the other had a blue bulb & we inserted a flasher in each that caused them both to oscillate on & off in strobe like fashion. It caused a very 3D, pulsing effect that was, well, psychedelic...

I haven't commented on any of your Alphabets as yet - (let me correct that, I did check 'E' ;P ) well, here is the second one, starting with 'F' and it's a mindbogglingly colourful spectacle ... (quick interruption by spell-check, as usual, but I will not bend and spell: 'colour' without the 'u' in it, and I feel strongly about that ! in our neck of the woods or 'Down Under' it's all the way with the English Dictionary!) Now, where was I ? ah, yes - # 1 ... looks so very demure and angelic, but don't be fooled, 'Tiny Tina' wants this F-word tattooed across her chest, in ye'olde English font ! # 2 & 3 ... are quite similar, except one has a darker and one a lighter BG - I prefer the darker one ;) # 4 ... the flourish style, would make a good wax seal design for Sir Fred ... BTW - just in case you are wondering, 'Tiny Tina' is a fabulous and funny character from 'Borderlands 2.' *BB
Mark, without a doubt this has got to be one of the coolest entries in the alphabet series so far. I love the dark colors you used in bringing this psychedelic masterpiece to life. Considering I started up the old Farscape series again earlier tonight this fits right in ;)
Wow! What a finale! That's quite a fancy font. Fantastic! Okay ... sorry ... I couldn't help myself. :P I LOVE how we're all doing such different things! This is wild and brilliant and beautiful and cohesive and just SO Mark. It makes me want to see more!

Hehe!!, I love the bottom one's remark. Your headache's cousin was staying with me yesterday, just a 36 hour visit but very intense. I tried to flush him away in the pool, and did a two mile dog walk but couldn't wipe him off. So I'm still on the bottom half of B.
HA! What a sophisticated F in the first one. Very beautiful on a To me humming background. The humming gets more intence in the next, but that must be the light colors coming through, included a mysterious little F appearing slowly from the darknes behind the colors. The humming is less intence and changes to the sound of a breeze and goes over to a peaceful floating chord and the light is appearing more in the thirth piece, as if the morning light is awakening. And suddently in the last piece, everything is dancing and the letter party is bursting out of the image. LOL! ...I so love this post :-)

It probably says volumes about my early years in the hippie culture that I feel so at home around these psychedelic colours and patterns; sorry you had one of those headaches, I've had a few myself lately and they aren't fun. To me your F is about "FLOW", all the panes flow into each other with lovely Mellotron chords!
What the F!!! The letter F in various forms and sizes are most prominent as I scroll down this magnificent labor of love, Mark, replete not only with letters, but also a background of an overwhelming consortium of colors, shapes of colors, blends of colors, abstractions of colors, ad infinitum. Oh, and I really like that white Chopin script F at the bottom. I'm contemplating, but not promising, in joining in this madcap alphabet marathon, that is, if I can find or create the proper background for my efforts. Not so with the letters, of which I have a ton of variations.
