Great idea and fantastic creation my friend !!!
A lovely use of buttons and a paper clip too !!
excellent
Just wonderful! Very attractive indeed!
Beautiful work. I have a big button box from my mother and every button has a story. I know which ones were on a certain dress or coat. Some of them are very old.
Splendid composition and colors my friend
Wow! Beautiful! Texture galore, and your composition is SO pleasing! Go ahead and play some more, okay? It's always a treat to see what you've been up to! :)
I was truly blown away by this creative and detailed presentation, Helle.
Nice work!
Amazing work Helle. God bless.
A marvelous abstract, so very well done!
Ooooh, this is amazing wonderful art, my dear. It is amazing what you did with the buttons, a truly golden pageant, and worthy to hang on the wall so that it is clearly visible. I love it.
A very creative composition. It looks great.
Ditto all the above. And I agree with Tara, go ahead and keep playing! I can't explain what this does to me. I've been in a metallic/gold/bronze phase, in my head. I haven't produced one art-piece that looks that way, but I've got it in my head. The buttons are like creatures who've gathered together, to share things. And you've got them grouped beautifully---a lot in the sky, like moons and suns. And almost tree-like branches (stings? small ropes? rolled up papers?) on the bottom. But there's no ground per se, just more buttons. I love the darkening lower half, and the canvas/burlap texture of your background. And it seems to have rolled-over sides. This hits every chord in me---I could have a whole room filled with these. Terrific. The variety coming out of you lately has been mind-boggling. I struggle to do a photo-manipulation, and you're pouring this stuff out in waterfalls. 2000 stars!
