Description
"While navigating the waters of the Contaminated Coast are a necessary but hazardous process, sometimes the views from on board are well worth the danger. Let us remember those who did not make it home, and those whom they left behind" Padraig's Chronicles of the Ragged Lands, Pelham Press, Altagore.

We've been having cold evenings and nights here with a sky not unlike this one. Autumn is leaving and winter approaching, or so at least my old war wounds tell me. A few hours inside in the warmth and dryness is quite appreciated. Tonight I remember those who died that we might appreciate simple pleasures such as this. May God welcome them for the sacrifice they made. God bless you all.

Amen brother, and, unlike me, you managed it without a rant. Yep, the snow has started here and the old wounds really start to ache. Peace, friend.
When I feel the pain, I also feel a frisson, as God embraces me, keeping me safe from the dark side. I owe everything to Him. It is Thanksgiving every day, when I look back at the events of each day ... ;o)
