Unwelcoming.. to say the least. So much to read that it becomes ignored
... at least those who do not know or can not read, are warned !!! I guess the owner felt protected !!!
cool signs to feel all goody and all.
I think it might be safest just to stay clear of their driveway, Harry.
Welcome to the Jungle of Signs. One is busy for a while to read it all. Cool find and shot.
Amazing and incredible :o(( Fantastic capture my friend !!!
This must be where the antisocial folks live; I can only wonder what led to the profusion of warning signs. At least someone cares about protecting the folks who follow the rules. Great find and capture, Harry!
Brings to mind the old song:by Five Man Electric Band: Sign, sign, everywhere a sign Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign?
Nice to see people getting into shots like this. I like the responses. ("Welcome to the Jungle of Signs"...) We have signs on enclosed driveways here, but I've not seen as many as this. A fun capture and vital capture. It really besmirches the entry to one's (shared) property! Visually, you have very luminous blue metal "poles" in the gate, which stand out very nicely against that deep dark blue roadway (with the pillowy bricks/tiles). And the light is moody early-morning shadow, with light breaking above. A fascinating shot with all kinds of visual activity---made fun by the stark "go away" attitude of the signs. You capture a lot of this type of stuff, the stuff of everyday, which I really appreciate. And zoom, btw, makes the piece so much fully.
Erm....yeah right! Friendly then? Rob
