Description
I have never even seen a real badger before I met Fred. He is a wonderful, scruffy and, I think, quite the cute character. He put on a show of stretching, yawning and just general cuteness. Yes, I know these guys have a ferocious reputation. When cornered they will fight anything, and usually win. What most people do not get to see is one that knows he has nothing to fear. His personality matches the sleepy eyed look you see here. No, I did not go pick him up. I do realize he is still a wild animal. But he is still cute!

I love them. As they are cresouscular I mainly see them as road kill, such a shame.

I saw one while dog walking at night ,two glowing eyes in the dark and a bum scurrying off into the edge. Nice shot.

Badgers are lovely & I like Andrea see them on the roads. Plus we have a cull on because of TB & cattle but don't think it has been proven. Such a shame. Lovely pic. x
