This is the third and last pic of the Chard Carnival series.
This is another swashbuckling pirate type and the sides of the float were engineered to go up and down to simulate rough seas.

another fin shot in this series
Oh I especially love this one!
Super shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am amazed at how much time and energy are put into these extraordinary floats. A super series.
Have been neglecting the galleries this past week, so missed your previous pics of this event & will have to go back to check them out. Like this one a lot - especially the multitude of lights & the halo effect they create around the top...
Great capture, Jeff! I like the warm colour tone of this photograph. It looks really pleasant.

This looks a winner to me! The skirt of waves alone looks like a lot of detailed work! A wonderful capture!

Another wonderful capture of this carnival!
I love this fantastic series. Outstanding work my friend and fabulous captures also !!!
Excellent night picture
This one looks like it was a locomotive on the railroad. A massive float and excellent night photo!
Superb capture my friend. God bless.
love it :)
What a carnival float! Blimey, that's how to show off huh? Shame I spot the dreaded Hi-Viz jackets there spoiling shots.. (Happens at airshows - they think they are SO important they won't move even if asked nicely!). Great shots More? Rob
Fantastic.
