Description
For a render to come, I needed and old bike like this one and as there where none to my liking I did this one myself in Vue, ThePlantFactory and Art of Illusion.
Most parts are modeled in Vue from primitives with just boolean operations and using the metablob possibilities of Vue for instance for the saddle and the pedals. The handle is modeled in Art of Illusion and the spirals for the saddle are modeled in ThePlantFactory.
All textures done in Vue , only the wonderful basket texture is from the woven bundle by Curious3d

Very cool and beautiful work Ulla
This is so cool, Ulla it's nice to know that the Primitives are able to help us out
lol, Mike, yep I bet they could in many other ways too, as they still know of the simple but self sustaining way of life :)))
wonderful model great job
Nice job! Bikes are not easy and this came out pretty cool!
Fantastically well done !
Excellent modeling and work.
Wow, excellent!!!! xx
Excellent work! It looks perfect and I love the flowers in the basket.
You did a great job putting this bike together!!! It does look like an old bike! Great job!!
Well done, especially since you limited yourself to mostly primitives!
very nice
did wonderful here
Wow! Good job!
Good work! I loved modeling in Bryce but have never been able to do as well with Vue.
I saw this in the render under the tree. Beautiful. The whole time I looked at it I tried figuring out where you might have gotten the bike. Now I know. Bummer. I would have loved this for my sad attempts at Poser renders. If you ever decide to poserize it and make it available I will scream with joy!
