I found them all Jeff, And it looks like there are two dogs here. The person to the extreme left in the red and white hooped top, looks like there is a dog in the water too. I did cheat a little mate, just downloaded your image, and used Kevin Kubota's resolution up 5 steps action in Photoshop to make the image bigger LOL
I found them all too.....then again I do have MADD SKILLZ!

Great perspective! I only found eleven people. But there IS a second dog to the far left. It's clearly visible if you zoom a little extra.

I found all 13 people but also 2 dogs. I am pretty sure that the person on the far left has the second dog. The person in the middle, standing in front of a dark rock was the hardest for me to find. A nice challenge my friend and great to see you out there climbing around rocks and cliffs!
I managed to find everyone. There is something next to the figure on the far left that could be a dog. Until I saw the people I thought the rocks were a lot smaller. Great perspective shot.
