A spot on title and a splendid image.

Okay...have you ever had those moments when something reminded you of something else on the most visceral level? That just happened. This is not an image of Charles Bridge, the language being spoken isn't Czech, in fact, this isn't even a bridge (is it?) and yet...Prague assumes this particular pose: generally in the shape of a blond woman (most likely Dutch or Austrian) pausing to consider the intricacies of something probably involving glass, amber, puppets, or surreal oddness. I love feeling that particular echo in this particular image. You do these crowd shots so well, and they are extra-outstanding in black and white; they're so alive, so inviting, and so comfortable. This is most definitely one of those images that rocks.

Very telling, how far she is from the work. I've done many shows. and visited even more, and I notice that if one gets too close there is a risk that the artist/craftman might just SPEAK to you, shock, horror!

Excellent composition and the image can be read in more than one way. Her expression could be "What the hell is it?" or "I really like this." Your choice. Another superb slice of life in black and white.
