The 'Royal' blue chair has the time to change the balance of power, signed a contract, now has money and a knife. The other 4 chairs have been imprisoned that gives more power for the royal blue chair! Excellent idea for this series!

Now the chairs are trapped in tall bird cages until they can come up with some philosophy of meaning, in this generally dark and ever changing milieu. The knife at the lower right must have some significance.

Very cool! Has to do with Scale/Justice, Time, Verdict & punishment. :) Perhaps, the chair outside the cages is the one judging the system. The system being represented by the caged chairs. OR, the cages are actually protecting the chairs inside from the chair on the outside.
