Those old buildings on the bottom tier are just fascinating. And it appears people park their cars on top of the buildings in the next street up! I think I would like to see this place for myself. It looks like there's a lock gate at the mouth of that little moorage. Is that so the tide doesn't take all the water away and leave those big boats on the bottom? I have so many questions. I'll put it on my list of things to see when we come over there.
