1930's Babylon California USA Jennifer Goode is the secretary for Zachary King Investigation. She was born and raised in Southern California. Nothing exciting happened in her life until she started working for Zachary. Now its one being kidnapped, and tied up adventure after another. She currently lives with her mother, Linda Goode, who works as a legal secretary for the District Attorney for Los Angeles. Her father disappeared on a boating trip when she was nine. Her mother never gave up hope that he may return and refuses to acknowledge that he is dead. Jennifer followed her mother’s example and trained as a legal secretary, until she could find a husband to take care of her. Jennifer is an independent woman, but acknowledges that a woman cannot make it alone in the current world. In her youth, she even tried acting to see if she could be a star. The producer she decked had other ideas. When she interviewed with Zachary King, she was distraught about the shape of the office when she entered. It was a mess, and smelled of whiskey. Then she met Zachary King, she feel instantly in love with the man behind the desk. Even with his three-day beard growth, the shit brown suit he wore, and the disgusting tie that managed to clash with the suit, she was drawn to him. The interview was quick. He asked her if she wanted to work, she said yes, she had the job. Jennifer started cleaning the office on the first day.
