Description
A popular cooling off spot in Boise was this attractive walk through fountain at the conference centre. It was especially popular with young lovers with the male often dragging their shrieking girlfriend into the fountain. Cyclists would also ride right through - though I did witness an accident when one idiot cyclist rapidly rode through and blinded by the cascade of water collided with a young girl.
Entire families would gather to all get soaked; it was clearly a destination point in the local area. Few ibibed with such gusto as this young fella.

We walked by this fountain when we passed through Boise recently, though no one was venturing into it at the time. Nice capture...
A most delightful photo, Roxy! Ah, where have those days gone? Running through fountains, getting excited by the ice-cream truck, playing marbles, flying a kite.... sigh Wonderful tour you're taking us on.. :-D
This is a super B&W shot Roxy, you have captured the essence of the water. Thank you for your comment on my 'Wheat field', much appreciated.
Great B&W work Roxy,Slightly grainy and high contrast look remind me of the past years LIFE magazine pictures!(BTW;sorry for my long silence my friend! )
Thus, if love blinds, riding bike into fountains...too. ;-) Just a wink to be the blind in one eye in the kingdom of the blind persons...
