Description
The movement of this guy was the only reason I seen him.
I don't get to stop by as much as I would like. but I do enjoy popping in when I can.
Hope everyone's week is going exactly as planned, or exceeding your wildest expectations.
Thanks so much for the favs. views and comments on my last post.

always great to see your work, stunning details and endless layers in brown! just great and perfect clarity!
I can see why too. How well it blends with it's surroundings. Super photo!
An amazing capture.
Top notch image!
You were very clever at seeing it. I'm sure I'd have never noted it... Great capture
Wonderful macro of this mimetic grasshopper!
Wonderful capture
Superb capture my friend. God bless.
the other morning at day break I was walking outside at my usual place(mall), and I seen a creature that held the wings open like a dragonfly (2 only) but had the torso of a grasshopper. of course my camera was not in my hand. even though grasshoppers destroy so many crops, they are beautiful and a throw back to ancient times with their armor. superb macro
fantastic image
wow...I've never seen one like that...it blends in very well with it's colouring and that is an excellent photo.... chills and thrills
What a stunning capture; he looks like he's dozing, or praying...well done!
Great shot of this little guy, he looks to be very small. Good to see an image from you.

Ah, fishing bait! Terrific detailed macro of this critter. (Was gonna say "small critter" but I well remember how large Oklahoma grasshoppers get!)
