Wow Jean-Luc, this is a marvelous looking calzone you created. I would very much like to know what all is in it. Also my apologies for forgetting to mention the other day CONGRATULATIONS on 700 images in the gallery, but I've had a lot on my mind.
Thanks! :) I didn't even notice I reached 700. o.O What was in it... Let's see... The dough is organic flour with rosemary, basil, thyme, and oregano in it. Inside: white cheddar, havarti with dill, and gorgonzola for the filling, along with some broken pecans.
