Description
Look into my eyes.
Captured earlier this month when I visited my opthalmologist for an eye test. Thought I'd snap this scene before she and/or her aides entered the little room to apply the various eye drops into my ocular orbs. Actually, this photo came out pretty good considering it was taken with a $100 Panasonic point-and-shoot camera, sans flash, with a default portrait setting. I thought it would be blurred at best. As it was, this one was the best out of four pics I took.
Be seeing ya.

Very interesting shot !!!
Nicely done, Harry; I was in just that same position again myself yesterday; my doctor's rooms are not as bright as that, though, so I've not been tempted to try and capture it. You did really well here!
Nice work on this fun capture, Harry.
did came out good here.
A fine shot, esp as you had that camera and couldn't maneuver as you'd like. It's a real mechanical equipment shot---it could be of a basement electrical closet or somewhere in the bowels of a stairwell of a huge office building: It just calls-out "equipment". I do recognize the eye equipment---but you have fine lines of metal to the right of it, rushing up to the ceiling in all their ornery variety and mass. And the eye-equipment is lit strongly, making it stand out from the rest. I really like how the shot moves-in from the lower right corner, kind of distorting as it leans in. It just proves that even with a cheap camera and not-good-shooting circumstances, a true photographic eye will still capture the music, energy and collisions of such a scene. I really like this shot, and it's great that you post shots like these. It's part of what good photographers do. Find the shot in front of you. You did. I really like this.
