Description
This was an area of thermal activity at Yellowstone. It somehow made me think of a scene from a post-apocalyptic story - perhaps an area devastated by nuclear radiation & populated only by ragtag remnants of our once proud civilization?

Great use of leading lines to draw us across this scene of apparent desolation. The unusual orange color gives a very unnatural feel to the landscape.
