This was made quite a number of months ago before Michael 6 hit the market, so he is not included. As the Production Credits indicate, this piece is comprised of several generations and/or variations of 3D characters. I figured that I would toss a bunch of characters into a scene and see how they would get along. Amazingly, none of them ripped out any of the others’ digital hair. They became fast friends and decided to hang out together for a while in Honolulu. So here we see a group of friends, all with their differences, enjoying the diversity among them and peering out from the edge of a bridge that doesn't happen to exist anywhere but in imagination, least of all Honolulu.
My experiment yielded a group of friends who coexist just fine. It’s strikes me as very similar to what one finds among the wonderful people on Renderosity. :-D
Everyone have a wonderful week! And thanks for stopping by my gallery.
Cheers!
Robert

great using the poser scene with the background
Fantastic job! The people are posed very naturally and the blending of 3D with the Photo is very good.
your composition is excellently made, the characters seem to coexist in this city and on this bridge, all look down, perhaps there was pretty things on the water, like children playing water polo! great initiative anyway! It is really beautiful in every way!
I wonderful thought... maybe the next generation can get it right.
Splendid composition and colors my friend
Fabulous work on the scene - now if the real world could take a lesson from these fine people...
Super job and superb result!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
Excellent work and scene,,,,
A very nice scene with many characters and a superb blending with your photo! Lol for the name of the characters engraved in the handrail of the bridge:-) Excellent work, Robert!
I like how you have composed the background with the 3D elements. It looks fantastic. The characters are perfectly posed. A superb idea and image.
you are mastering the mix between photo and 3D. And the composition and scene are excellent. Great job
It's good to see them getting along so well... very get along well here too, only they like having fun with me though... great work!
A nice group of friend. Great render !
superb photo/Daz combo. one of the best i've seen like this.
Fabulous pic
Great composition with all these characters!!!!!!!!!
excellent idea and beautifully executed, wasn't sure where the 3D ended and the photo began as the lighting on it works so well. excellent work
Very cool work!!!!
EXCELLENT WORK
Wow this is amazing work!!! I love the concept!
I agree with GrandmaT :)

That a realy nice scene whit all the magic Thank to your wishes on my vacation ((5++))
gorgeous and fascinating composition with a great depth caused by the river! a soulful interpretation and super details! ;o)
Excellent work on this image. It's difficult to tell where the virtual meets the real...
Excellent compositing work! I took a pic in Bamberg that's somehow very similar to this ... strange things eventually happen ...8=)
Excellent work although I think the background might have been worked to look less real. You've put everything together nicely but the people stand out as unreal so why not let all of the image be artificial.
I like the group creation and a lovely bridge. I like this background too and a very cool idea to etch the software, for each of the characters, on the railing of the bridge!
What an excellent render and fabulous idea to do this too, your photo blends in so well with the render, another fantastic work by you, love it. hugs Jane xx
wonderful scene, very nice image
