Description
Captured 4/27/14, at the beautiful Renaissance Faire, held at the beautiful Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area, in semi beautiful Irwindale, California.
ZOOM worthy.
Okay, I stood there for sometime trying to make rhyme or reason of what this was all about. Flower children getting their clothing dirty sitting and sketching on the messy pavement, while behind them a Wiccan witch of some sort performs a juggling paean to the gods of Spring? This struck me as rather bizarre. Is this what they did at Woodstock back in 1969? I wasn't about to ask them what they were doing in fear of ruining their routine, resulting in a curse cast upon me. Incidentally, I didn't connect the doll in the bottom photo to all this until I was reviewing the pics at home. If I had known then that she was one of the main characters in this ritual then I would have asked and discovered what it was all about, hopefully without being hexed.
Ciao, baby.

You did a nice job of capturing this ritual, Harry. Thanks for pointing out about the doll.
Beautiful dancing maiden and acolytes, Harry; I also have no idea what the rhyme or reason is for their actions, but they certainly make for some lovely photos. Well captured!!!
