Very cool work. I love the Rain effect on the water to.
Ill tell you a little trick. If you (CTRL D) duplicate the body of the ship and then just slighty increase the size of the duplicate, then apply the Rain water Texture to it, it will look like the ship is being rained on as well. I do this it a lot in my work and use a glass texture as a overlay to gets some depth out of the paint Textures.
