His landscapes always have beautiful tarrains and great textures. The perspective of view is perfect. Fine artwork. Congratulations Horo.
Really fine terrain work and textures...excellent lighting too! Are the terrains stacked to allow each material to show through,or am I missing the reason for three identical terrains at different resolutions...is it foreground, middle, background? Really well done as always!
Really cool work
Beautiful. Gorgeous lightingg, too. Corrie
Thank you all for your kind comments. @grafikeer - yes, the terrains are stacked so each of them can be given another material. The terrains have to be generated in different resolutions (not just the resolution changed in the TE) so that the details of the geometry change. I have a video on YT (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itbMGRW308w&feature=youtu.be) and a transcript of it (http://www.horo.ch/docs/video/pdf/Transcript_StackingTerrains.pdf) in case you - or anyone - is interested.
Great job!
Thank you.
