Description
Just look at the difference between the lions feet (taken at Colchester Zoo) & Mr.Bucks. Same species but different sizes :o))) Mr. Bucks are only the size of one of the lions pads. Know which ones I would prefer to be in contact with!!!
Thanks for all the lovely comments & favs, so, so appreciated. xxx

Wonderful comparison of these two and I agree as to which feet I'd have near me
You did a nice job on this very fun capture, Barbara. Those are certainly are big feet.
Wonderful pics of Mr Buck and great one of the lions feet too. Great to see Mr Buck today, it was lovely when he came up to me to greet me just as I arrived. hugs and love xxxxxxxxx
What a comparison! That's a great shot.
Great comparison!
Great observation, there are so many likenesses between the big cats and the domestic cats and that stands to reason. I think I would sooner have Mr Buck on my lap than the other one. :-)
Actually, I would imagine that the paws on the left are exactly what Mr. Buck sees when he looks at his own.
Fantastic comparison, outstanding captures!
Excellent shots! Speaking of being in contact with, there's a video I came across on YouTube of a guy who frolics with lions. Unbelievable footage. I don't think I'm allowed to post external links (?), but a search on YouTube consisting of "GoPro: Lions - The New Endangered Species?" brings the video I'm thinking of to the top of the list. :)
Thank heaven Mr. Buck is a gentle soul, I think he's wee paws can create quite a bit of havoc too, if he had a mind too. love the comparison of the paws
I like how you set up the photos so that Mr Buck was inspecting the lions foot pads!
Fun comparison.
