Description
At first glance this would appear to be a poor man's Black Panther, but no. The Blue Tiger is a Hiegaran With very special abilities. Like All Heigaran's he retains all of the natural predatory abilities (Night Vision, Enhanced Senses etc) of a large predatory cat. However he is no tribal leader although he is a respected inventor and philanthropist.He also has the ability to speak with and control cats of all kinds. Under his mask is the face muzzle and teeth of a blue tiger (A very rare breed)he is a true hero and despite his ability to do so, he never kills.
