Description
Jess seems hard at work transcribing something in an old-fashioned library. Perhaps she is writing up some research in Arkham's own Miskatonic University? If you look closely one of those books might be the Necronmicon.
Jess for V4 is one of my favorite Victoria 4 characters, and she is available at DAZ courtesy of ARTCollab. Some of the piles of books are from A Curious Tea, also available at DAZ and courtesy of LaurieS. Of course, this scene would not be possible without ironman13's wonderful Late Nights at the Library.
