Description
This is a medium purple foxglove. The color you see is not real, it's Photoshop. So don't go out hunting the seed catalogs for this particular shade of apricot/rose! If it's out there, it's only a coincidence.

I love these little flower-vases with the leopard print interiors! How perfect! And are those ferns behind/around them? So lush and rich! I love the colors. I really love the colors and those spots! I get the feeling that there are some insects in that area who simply adore these swanky hangouts!

A PS1 hybrid! Terrific colour and if you want to grow some, Tara, the packet of mixed Excelsior Giants I sowed last year has produced a few which do approach this. An ideal plant for you! Sow while you are home, and they will get on with it while you are away, flowering when you are home again a year later! I LOVE this image.

They always remind me of a choir all singing out there section :) Foxgloves are one of my favourite flowers, and I also have seen them in this colour shift too.

Well your postwork is seamless, because I'd have never known you changed the hues. (The "fiddling" didn't hit me until you said you'd fiddled with it.) Now, I don't know flower characteristics very well---ie, which colors foxgloves 'come' in---so if you're thinking, "who wouldn't know that foxgloves don't come in this color???" just remember that I'm not a typical RR photographer, in that I don't know flower names or characteristics to save my keester. But the postwork is seamless. And the shot moves 'down' as if these were bells, with the deeper (larger) bells on the bottom, and the lighter (smaller) bells at top. And yes, the leopard skin middles are beautiful here. And your composition---to one side, slightly---is creative, as it gives the image a nuance and character that a central composition wouldn't. It's a small point, but really sweet. A sweet and very intuitive image.
I would imagine the inspiration a chef could get from these flowers would make wonderful confections. I see candy every time I see one of these delicious looking flowers.
