Description
Look who came for a walk on the park yesterday, Casper & little Woody. It was Woody's first time & he had a little run off the lead. We went into one of the cow fields, (they were NOT there I hasten to add) the first thing Casper did was roll in cow muck & oh boy did he roll. I took Truly & she loved playing with Woody & running after Casper. Luckily there was a lovely breeze blowing & it clouded over so they really enjoyed. All were very good but Casper was heading home for a bath & Julie said "Boy did her car smell on the way home" :o))))))
Thanks for asll the lovely comments & favs, so, so appreciated. xxx

Very fine shot !
It's always nice to have friends to play with.
Lovely capture of the visitors and Truly, glad they had fun together even if things got a little (or a lot) stinky lol..
You have to such a lot of bathing in your gang!
Great to see them having fun and playing together, of course at times dogs will be dogs and baths and car interior cleaning tend to be the scenario at the end of the day. Lovely shot.
Great capture and cute story. I can well imagine that Julie had the windows in her car rolled down a bit to get fresh air inside
Glad they all had fun, outstanding capture!
EWWWWWWW bet she had all the windows open :)
Dogs will be dogs! :-(
What a fun shot! Casper's body language and expression seems to be faintly apologetic. I can imagine him saying, "Hey, sometimes a dog's just gotta do what a dog's gotta do." Truly and Woody look like they are veering away from Casper a bit. :) Truly's black and white coat looks lovely against the grass and the red coats her companions. Lovely shot!
I see the have a lot of fun together!!!!!
Wonderful shot of them all Barbara, oh poor Julie having to ride home with the cow muck smell yuk!!!! I remember when Rags rolled in fox poo when we were on holiday in the caravan, and we had the same thing with him in the car quite happy but oh did he smell. Then I had to try bathing him in the shower compartment of the caravan, oh yes 'happy days' :D lol hugs and love xxxxxxxxxx
at lest a skunk did not come up on them to catch it lol. that a bad smell. it still smelled bad lol
Oh what a perfect day the pups all had! Especially Casper, lucky boy found Nirvana!! I swear dogs think it's heaven to find lovely fresh cow muck to roll in. I remember our First Dog did that once, he was totally in heaven to have found such a treasure, and was so delighted to share it with us, that I just didn't have the heart to scold him! Lucky it was nice hot day and the friend we were visiting had his garden hose out to water his flowers, so we were able to wash the worst of it off before getting in the car for the long ride home!! Such a lovely photo Barb, and I spotted Casper right away .. giggles!!!
A great photo Barbara and a wonderful story - I am sorry Julie but I had a good laugh about the condition of the inside of your car!!! I hope it cleaned up nicely!
Adorable. Nothing beats a good romp in the field and roll in the cow dung.
