That must have been quite an experience for you Alan. Great shot.
Never saw this before.. that must have been a great experience for you indeed..:)
I think this would have been a sobering walk through time.
impressive !
interesting
There was a time when all this earth was red, your sepia comes close to that, a chilling reminder of the waste that is war.
I had no idea that this was still around; fascinating and sobering to think that mens' lives depended on this little trench...
Perfect in sepia.
A superb series. Very well done!
Thanks so much for posting these.
Great shot and the sepia adds atmosphere to the shot
"In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below." ~ John McCrae I had no idea any of these were left. It must be a sobering feeling to actually be there where so many died. The sepia tone is perfect.
Amazing capture and post work my friend. I am with Ronnie. War is a waste. God bless.
great shade of color
interesting and impressive! ;o)
A wonderful photo and share Alan but so sad that it happened in the first place!
