Description
Levant Mine and Beam Engine is a National Trust property at Trewellard, Pendeen, near St Just, Cornwall, England, UK. Its main attraction is that it has the world's only Cornish beam engine still operated by steam on its original site.

Fantastic place and very very great capture !!!
Gorgeous shot!
Don't I remember this...? Cool, but I think I've recognized a couple from a past trip. Hm? ")
this is an unlikely photograph ... despite sagging everything works yet?
Fantastick photoshot my friend.
Absolutely wonderful photo !!!
sigh, to be rich and spend a few years wandering about the British Isles. even the ruins and abandoned buildings are awesome to see.
A really nice shot and these are wonderful places to visit.
It's amazing how the stack is still standing with the strong weathering on the other parts of the structure. Mines are scary, but under the sea as well ? no way ! Neat close-up version Steve. ~Cheers~
cool place
Nice to see a closer view of this stack and what's left of the support structure. Thanks for sharing its history and that it goes into the sea! That's pretty amazing!
Yeah Steve i bet this has one hell of a History eh
EXCELLENT !
fabulous image
I enjoy seeing old ruins like this. superb capture
GREAT CAPTURE !
I like this very much.
There is a wild charm about these ruins which I love. This may be where we were entranced by the working beam engine when my son was eight, although I seem to remember it was called Taylor's Shaft, so maybe not. It was 42 years ago after all!
