Nice work! It has a very realistic and natural design. The collar on the shirt looks like it has a little subdiv meets pole distortion. I find that a good way around that is to put a an edge loop in between the line of hem and the pole. Sometimes I'll use a polygon inset and sometimes I'll just extrude or cut at that edge. I really like the wrinkles on the pants and at the shoulders of the shirt.
