Description
The best board game ever.
We made lots of these wooden ones when I was teaching, and the children loved it.
If you are unfamiliar with it see here http://www.edwdebono.com/debono/lgame.htm
And see a less radically postworked version Here

Superb capture and post work Andrea. God bless.
What a fascination thing, I'd never heard of it :)
Excellent image !!!
A game often used in Sandhurst (British Army Officer training academy) to teach Strategic Thinking.
very cool image
Excellent capture and post work, an abstract work in it's own right.. in both cases.
WONDERFUL WORK
Simply lovely in its unobtrusive way, but I prefer Monopoly and Scrabble for board games.
It makes a great abstract.
The phrase 'diabolically simple' comes to mind. Nice post work.
simple games are the best! wonderful wood and post work!
Great texture and composition!
Never heard of the game but will look!!!
I'd never heard of it. Sounds like a great game!
Fun, especially the stones with character!
I can't imagine how the game is played, but it makes a fine abstract; and the things on the two ends---one in top right corner, the other in lower left corner---make fine contrasts to all those squares and rectangles. Your postwork brings out the horizontals and verticals well, and the light at the bottom looks like some kind of apocalypse is creeping up on the game. A very vivid abstract, made from a simple board game.
It looks interesting and the rules are very basic but I will have to cut out some cardboard and try it out!
