Description
This beach in Lang Co is located on an island north of the Hai Van Pass. It is a tranquil place and many travelers stop for lunch, as did we, others stay overnight. The view is toward a turquoise lagoon on the land side and toward a mountainous peninsular jutting into the South China Sea southeast from here. The weather wasn't the best, so the beach is pretty empty.

This kind of weather is unusual for this part of the country. I spent two summers in Danang and most rain come in the form of thunderstorms. This looks more like it does during the winter months in this part of Vietnam!
