You worked with what you had, sometimes people can have unrealistic expectations about the artists interpretation.
Very nice work, Jocko!
lovely work Jock. if they wanted something different, they should have provided a different photo for you to work from
splendid work, with a great life in the eyes of this dog ! great remembrance here for his owner !!! congratulations !!!
Very cool painting, Jock! Well done!
Jock, I think this is a wonderful painting of him that the family will always treasure.
I love your painting, Jock. It's unfair what they ask. They give you a real photo and then expect to see the dog as they remember him.
super cool!!!!!
PopEye is lucky to have you to immortalize him in this wonderful painting. Had to haul a dead dog off my property last week, poor thing went after a groundhog under the old barn and managed to chew into the electrical wiring and electrocute herself. This dog will always be remembered as long as this painting is around, that one won't. So Popeye still lives as long as people can look at this painting and it is great portrait indeed!
great image love the dog :D
Surely a great memory for this dog in heaven ((5++))
